We are 1/2 a mile off the Atlantic Highway, the A39 between Bideford and Bude.

One and a quarter hours from junction 27 - Tiverton - on the M5. 

Travelling from Bideford to Bude we are the 1st left turn after the Devon / Cornwall county border (about 1/2 mile further on) 18 miles from Bideford. Signposted Bradworthy, then 1/2 mile along, turn left to Newlands Farm. 

Travelling from Bude to Bideford it is the third right turn to Bradworthy, about 4 miles along the A39, after the village of Kilkhampton. Then after 1/2 mile turn left to Newlands Farm.
